This is my 4th car through them and they always make sure I’m happy with my purchase. Taylor is awesome and loved working with him. He was empathetic to my reason for coming back so soon for another vehicle. Peter is awesome too he got me in a great car last November.

They lead me to believe I was a platinum member I purchased 3 maybe 4 vehicles from them throughout the past several years and never had a issue till now I bought a 2014 Cadillac with 117000 miles on it I gave them 2700 down for the vehicle a week or two later I had a few issues with the vehicle an took it to service drive for maintenance repairs they tell u 24 months or 24000 miles whichever comes first but in the fine print it states u have a six month bumper to bumper warranty which means whatever happens in that time frame hits fixed free of charge now when I take it for service I tell them it’s a hesitation when u accelerate from first to second gear I need them to check an c what that is my navigation touch screen didn’t work an my rear truck hatch didn’t open an close like it’s supposed to the fix the touchscreen radio an told me they fixed the rear hatch they didn’t an totally ignored the hesitation in the engine so a couple more weeks go by I’m back at service drive for the rear hatch my battery has a device on top of it that malfunctioned costed me out of pocket 200$ an my driver door switch to control the windows didn’t work an I said there hesitation going in to second gear I need that checked out call me back to pick my vehicle up they said they replaced one of the control on the trunk hatch an fixed the window an replaced the device on top of the battery but still ignored the engine issue dats strike 2. Now I call them a few week ago an tell them about the engine issue again my driver side widow switch doesn’t work again the rear truck still doesn’t work an they tell me to bring it in I take it they look it over an call me back with a bill talking about to fix my car I need to pay almost 4000$ to replace the transmission which should have been done when I took it to them the first time but what they did was feed me a line talkin about my 6 month bumper to bumper warranty had expired an that I had to pay for the repairs now I feel like they playing with me an my money because if u go on the website they don’t stress no six month bumper to bumper warranty they have 24 months or 24000 miles which ever comes first an I haven’t reached 24 months or 24000 miles at the moment an they want me to pay for repairs that I stressed an made clear to them from day 1 I called to talk to someone about the issue an haven’t gotten a response yet an that was over a month and a half ago.. what do u do when u give you last for a vehicle to people that talk a good game an lead u to believe they have yo best interest at heart just to look u in the eye take yo money shake yo hand as if you’re the best of friends then turn around and slap u in the face?
