Well that down below was my thoughts after getting the van-- today my thoUghts on this dealership is COMPLETELY different. STAY far away from them. I got the van 6 months ago and now im having issues (same as everyone else in these reviews), turns out i need a MOTOR on a van that has 94000 miles on it. This company wouldnt even look at the van and wanted me to TOW it to THEM! The whole time i was on the phone with them they were complete jerks to me-- so DONT BUY FROM THEM-- Hi guys!!! First of off id just like to say, ive tried for years to get approved and leave a dealership happy, today i finally got that! Ryan w, did an amazing job with weighting out all my options, keeping in mind that i didnt have any experience, and not alot to work with. I left with a vehicle big enought for my whole family and then some! Ryan was amazing with us and didnt sugar coat anything which is what we loved about him!!! I have now purchased two vehicles from Pelligrino Auto Sales. The sales experience was good, but the price on the second vehicle was a bit high. However, I will not shop there again due to the service department. They dont do factory recall service at all. If they don't have time to do something, they should just say so. I am sorry they were having a bad day but it is not okay to take it out on the customers.
