Even thou the SUV me and my fiance wanted was gone still received excellent service and help even 5 minutes before close. Visited this place 2 twice and always great customer service and reasonable vehicles.

Couldn’t be happier with the 2015 F150 I purchased from Joe. This lot has some CLEAN vehicles! Flew out from Minnesota and Joe was accommodating and easy to work with. Went above and beyond to make sure my experience and travel home was 5 star worthy. Even stopped at Niagara Falls before the long drive home! 10/10 would do business with Ultimate Auto Sales again.

Horrible experience dealer does not go thru vehicles prior to selling.. bought a truck from this place seemed like a nice clean truck drove it for a week and that’s when the problems started from the heat not working to the check engine light coming on flashing and the truck making some rattling sound under the hood as well as the breaks squeaking a couple days after driving it. Took it in multiple times to his mechanic to be told we don’t see anything wrong with it. People who have rode in the truck hear the loud rattling/tapping sound when the truck goes in and out of eco mode and they ask what is that noise. Fast forward I let the dealer take the truck home and drive it and he claimed the very next day there wasn’t anything wrong with it but when I got there I said hey let’s make a deal u ride in the truck with me and when I get it to make the sound refund the money and he says I can’t make a deal like that I said why not your so confident. He heard the sound and said oh it’s probably just a heat shield I ask if he can take it to his mechanic to get it fixed he said he’s to busy now so I had to pay someone to take the heat shields off and it still makes the same sound this guy seems like a nice guy but take this review into consideration that nice means nothing but making a sale. I also asked him to at least refund 3k of the money so I can trade it in elsewhere and not be out so much and he stated I can’t do that buddy I’d be out money so it’s ok for the customer to take the fall but not the guy scamming you.
