My grandfather and mother both have bought multiple vehicles from Ted and he's the best car salesman in town ! There are many small places in Buffalo, but it's hard to find a family like this one. I picked out the 2019 Nissan Rogue and it was hands down the best price in town. Ever other dealer had an additional $5000+ sticker price, so I knew Ted's was the only place I could trust. I will NEVER go back to those big name dealership again after being upside down on a loan---they never care about you or the car once you walk off the lot and everything in overpriced! After 3 months of owning my Nissan Altima 2018 SV, I am completely satisfied with how the car drives and how well Ted took care of minor fixes! I bought my car back in 2019 and financed it. They made it so easy for me being a first time buyer. They were very accommodating and thorough. I highly recommend just checking hem out at the very least. To this day, I still remember how professional and helpful they were.

I cant say enough good things! It was time for a new car, mine had decided it lived long enough and wasn't worth repairing. I had a pit in my stomach knowing Id have to go through the joys of dealing with slimy strong arm car salesmen. All the games power struggles and irritation that come along with it. I visited a few different shops left unhappy and needing a shower as I felt dirty just from the conversation and needing some nerve pills by the oppressively high pressure sales pitch. I saw an ad for the car/model I wanted online. I never heard of Smiling Teds and yes it was a bit out of the way for me but the advertised price was great. I took a chance and so glad I did! Ted was so nice positive and honest. He introduced me to his mom told me it was a small family run business that's been in the same location for decades, passed on from his father. Everyone was genuinely relaxed nice and caring. He let me test drive the car alone, not the high pressure uncomfortable ride with the sales man. I brought it back, ran like a dream. The price was already so good no need to haggle, under KBB by a fair amount and the lowest in the area with low miles. He recommended a local lender (he was non affiliated, no kickbacks etc) just said customers told me they have good rates and are easy to work with. I was approved, but it was late on a Friday and the credit union said the money transfer was sent but wouldn't hit until Monday. Knowing my current car was dead and I am a care taker for my elderly mother. He let me take the car, he didn't have to and I wasn't expecting him to but he did. This was a great favor and tremendous help. I cant recommend him enough. Its a positive no pressure caring environment. He's not the biggest dealership in town and that's a PLUS as he only buys the best of the best to put on the lot and goes through them with a fine tooth comb. Its not a quantity game with them. You aren't just a number as a smaller dealership every sale counts and customer satisfaction is paramount . The entire staff goes above and beyond. My mother and I are still enjoying our 2017 impala years later. He was so helpful, I had to come back and give him him a bottle of vodka and a restaurant gift card for his integrity honesty accommodation and great price/experience. Ever heard of a car buyer being treated so well and given such a great deal, they felt compelled to come back and give the salesman/owner a gift in thanks? Neither have I but I was compelled to! Top notch in every aspect! Thank you.
