2151 William St, Cheektowaga, NY 14206What do customers say about G&S Auto Sales?
A friend of mine purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback from this dealership and has had multiple issues arise shortly after the sale. The vehicle began showing signs of a possible wheel bearing problem, the brake pads and rotors had to be replaced at the buyer's expense despite expectations that those items had already been addressed, and a headlight that was not functioning properly was discovered after the purchase and also had to be replaced. The combination of these issues has resulted in unexpected repair costs and raised serious concerns about the condition of the vehicle when it was sold. Based on this experience, anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership should have it thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before signing any paperwork. Hopefully the dealership will take responsibility and work toward a fair resolution.
