Look up the reviews online, social media, reddit ect...horrific experiences. My first carvana car I owned for 6 minutes before needing to be towed. THE replacement vehicle had non working headlights yet, had an new inspection sticker on it. They definitely do not do a 150 point inspection. Beware of carvana.

I had a very disappointing experience with Carvana in New York. I purchased a replacement vehicle in April 2025 after my original Carvana vehicle had to be returned due to brake issues. The replacement was presented as reliable and meant to resolve the previous problems, but it began experiencing mechanical failures within months. By September 2025, I had already paid $847 out of pocket for repairs, and now the car has additional issues, including loss of heat and a TPMS warning. These repeated problems have impacted the vehicle’s reliability, value, and my finances, even causing me to fall behind on my auto loan. Carvana has declined to help, citing an expired warranty, despite this being a replacement vehicle and part of a clear pattern of defects. I believe this reflects unfair and deceptive business practices, and I am seeking a fair resolution, including repair support or financial accommodation. I’m not asking for special treatment—just accountability for a replacement vehicle that failed to fix the original defects and continues to create financial hardship. Shaunta

Just by looking at these reviews I don't want to purchase a vehicle from carvana anymore. Too much complaints for almost the same problems, car breaks within weeks, carvana doesn't care nor helps , im good on that ill pass . Was going to purchase a M4 Competition

Horrible experience! Delayed delivery, notified the day of, after I already took off work. Car couldn't even make it around the block. Owned it for 6 min. They hold up your cash & won't help you. Staff on the customer service line nicely tell you they can't help you at all.
