I had a great experience buying my used truck! After searching online for used trucks in good to very good condition at a reasonable price, I found a truck in which I was interested. Upon arriving at the dealership to see the truck, I met Chuck and Desiree (pet cat). Chuck showed me the truck, answered all my questions, gave me time to inspect the truck on my own, and let me take a test drive. No high-pressure sales tactics. Chuck is straightforward, honest, professional, and knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. I signed a purchase agreement that day! Later that week, I returned to pick up the truck. Lisa filled out all the paperwork for me and answered a few more questions I had. This was the best car-buying experience; I am a very satisfied and happy customer! I’ve had some pretty good car buying experiences but Knighton’s was by far the best, easiest and most accommodating. Chuck in sales was very helpful, knowledgeable, and experienced. Jimmy the owner came in during the transaction and introduced himself. He was very personable and helpful, and Lisa was a sweetheart even coming in and meeting me on her day off to produce some additional paperwork that the State of Connecticut required. I purchased a 2007 Mustang GT with extremely low mileage that is in showroom condition. The showroom, and the classic cars in it, was beautiful and looked like a museum. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Chuck is a liar advertised my Jeep as a more expensive model. Promised to replace five tires with the same model tires it had that were dry rotted and repair anything wrong with it that my mechanic found. When I arrived from out of town to pick up my Jeep he put only four tires on they were a Chinese cheap brand. When my friend and I complained he told us that the tires he put only four would be a better ride and quieter ride. Half the look of the Jeep was the tires!! I brought it to my mechanic and the two drivers side wheels were leaking oil. I called and spoke with him about wanting to replace the tires with five of the same that he promised and he said he would do that and take the tires back he put only four and he would take care of the oil leak in the wheels. He then never returned one call or text I sent him. I paid full asking price for a Sahara that was an unlimited Wrangler he would not come down a dollar. Stupidity I mailed him a personal check for the entire amount the week before I picked it up because I live out of town. I know he golfs in Hilton Head maybe he moved away??? Do not purchase from this liar
