Arafat, Gaby, and Tyler were extremely helpful in getting me into a new vehicle! It was my first vehicle purchase in over 10 years and they all made me extremely comfortable and answered all of my questions. Everyone was professional and very friendly. I would recommend carmax for all of my friends and family.

I found my dream car through CarMax! I had a terrible experience with another service (that rhymes with Nirvana) - but Carmax came through with flying colors. Got me through the whole process, including financing, with a minimum of fuss. I had my new (to me) car within 6 days of online purchase. My salesperson, Tyler, was awesome - not just during the sale, but with aftercare as well. I cannot recommend CarMax highly enough.

From my very first inquiry call to rolling out of the bay, my CarMax experience was the best! The Colonie, NY team as well as any of the lovely remote phone representatives, guided me through the process and were accommodating to my crazy schedule and time line. They prioritized the already streamline process and did it all with a smile. I love my new car and would highly recommend the CarMax experience.

Still the best place to find and buy a used car! Carlos did an amazing job even though took longer than expected still comfortable and friendly staff to ensure a good buying experience. This is the 5th car that I have purchased from Carmax and still the best place to go.

Would give 5 stars but, the third party delivery service they use to transfer cars holds them back. Sale representative was great, process was simple enough, I did most of it online, prices and trade in offers are fair. Would recommend, but would also warn you are at the mercy of third party shipping when you pay to move a car to your location.
