We purchased a brand new vehicle from Santa Fe Kia this week and had an excellent experience. We worked with salesman Rydell and did our financing with Paul. Everyone was excellent. Rydell was very attentive great knowledge of the vehicles and helpful in making suggestions on what vehicle would fit our family. Paul was quick and efficient with the financing making it a fast and pleasurable experience. He also did not pressure us to purchase additional warranties and coverages like other dealerships have in the past he offered it and when we said no, he accepted graciously and moved on and we appreciated that. This was probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I will definitely use Santa Fe Kia again in the future.

Just bought a new Kia here. If you’re looking at Kia model cars in Santa Fe, NM, this dealership experience was excellent. We decided on Kia because Kia for us, provided the most extensive and useful feature set for the best price. Rydell my sales associate was awesome, no pressure, explained all of the trim levels and options and provided an excellent Five Star experience. Very knowledgeable on the products, and was there to help after we got the new car to help with questions to include car setup, Kia Connect setup and iPhone setup. Rydell was excellent help if you want a great sales resource to assist with any new or used vehicle questions at Santa Fe Kia. The lease officer Andy also provided careful, clear, excellent communication and support through out the lease options review and decisions, as well as the final processing and responsiveness to after deal questions. I can just say that after the nightmare I had been living with GM motors. I am so relieved to be in the hands of KIA. I have no words without writing an essay on how fantastic Santa Fe Kia and my care team has been. Sarah and Larycia. Not the typical, “don’t waste my time if you’re not looking to buy.” They answered every question with patience and confidence. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable. She backs up what she’s saying with answers and explanations. Their energy was bubbly and contagious! I explained my situation and they went in and they worked with me. To have the knowledge to be able to advocate for your customer sold me. So I went in to look at a Carnival and I drove off with a Carnival with a huge thanks to Andy, who also shares those same qualities. I walked into his office and I walked out asking what had just happened with tears of joy. No exaggeration. He can hold conversation while clicking away and then suddenly you’re holding keys with this amazing price, rate, payment with all the bells and whistles, and not for thousands a month!
