AN AMAZING TEAM WITH AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE BUYING! This was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had! We walked into the dealership after having a negative experience at Chevy dealership in Santa Fe (which was disappointing because I have always been a Chevy person and grew up in a dealership). When we walked in there was no one on the floor so Landis, the GM, came out and helped us. He introduced us to Colleen, who we got to talk Jeeps a little with (thanks for the duck Colleen), and then we spoke with our salesman Jose L. I have to admit after feeling a little burned at the previous dealership it was because of Colleen that we stayed, she put us at ease right away. We test drove a used car with Jose and he was so knowledgeable about the car and showed us a ton of the features. We were not planning on buying anything at all, so when Landis came over with Jose to talk numbers with us we were not anticipating the help they were prepared to give us to get into this BEAUTIFUL car! Hands down, Landis went the distance and further to give us the best deal that I have ever seen on a car. We walked out with an wonderful price, amazing financing, and an incredibly comforting warranty! As a person that spent so many years driving cars that broke down often, it is such a relief to know that we are covered in this car and we have nothing to worry about. There is no way that we would have been able to afford this car if not for the hard work of the team at Fiesta! To top it all off, when we got down to the signing of the finance forms, you know when you are tired and just ready to head out, Diondrea (sp?) was a delight. He answered all of the questions, and did not rush us, even though it was well after closing. When it is time to purchase our next vehicle Fiesta Hyundai of Santa Fe will absolutely be our first stop!! Thank you for everything!!

Jordan was awesome!!!! Everyone that was involved in the purchase made things very simple and understanding.. Jordan did everything he could to help us walk out with a vehicle the very same day which he made happen. It wasn’t what we wanted but that was at no fault of him or anyone there but still came out with a very nice vehicle. Jordan I really appreciate the service you provided to us today, keeping us informed and kept us laughing for this long process thank you. I look forward to doing business again here in the future! Update 3/7/26: We had a minor situation with some wheel locks on the tires where the lock key was missing. Jordan went above and beyond to make the situation right, by getting us in to get the wheel locks removed with there service techs and replacing them with new locks. At no cost to us and he made it right! I really appreciate all that Jordan did by making this whole buying experience easy. I recommend anyone who is looking to buy a new vehicle to go see Jordan at fiesta Hyundai he’s friendly and will go above and beyond to make your car buying experience easy and fun. My experience shopping for a car here is what ended my search and just made me give up. Saw a used car listed online for a fair price. Came up to look at it. Had a chill, cool salesperson help me out. Liked him a lot. Gives me a cash price which looks good except some bizarre UV Theft pack for $999. (what is UV theft anyway? do they send special UV rays at your car to protect it or something?) Anyway, I get the total price. It's close enough. Salesperson asks when I want it and I say sometime this week as i'm jn the country visiting my mother and need to buy something. Enter slimy General Manager. "just to let you know we are shipping this car off to Texas this Thursday bla bla bla" Great. It was the perfect experience until he shuffled over and playing the car salesman game. I said...it's good until i saw that UV Theft fee. Not cool you are listing prices online $1000 less than the actual prices. "Well you are free to shop elsewhere" I said "I would have actually paid the price you were asking without that $999 UV fee" GM: "I wouldn't have sold it to you anyway" My advice: keep the sleazy GM holed up in an office somewhere and away from actual customer. The salesperson was great until the GM got involved with his typical car salesman tactics. EDIT: two weeks later and the car is still available at the dealership (was never shipped to Texas like the GM told me it was), however the price has been change to a Black Friday Deal...at a price $500 more than when I visited. And i ended up going to Santa Fe Subaru to purchase a car where I was treated with respect EDIT 2: One month after original posting the car is still available
