We never felt pressured, and he was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole experience. Gabriel was equally fantastic. He made the financing process easy to understand and helped us secure a great deal. He even assisted us in finding an excellent rate for our car insurance, which was an unexpected bonus and greatly appreciated. Before coming to Toyota Santa Fe, we had been shopping for a car in Albuquerque and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The difference was night and day. The team at Toyota Santa Fe treated us with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care from start to finish. He took the time to answer all our questions clearly and made sure we felt comfortable with every step. What impressed us the most was how smooth and efficient everything was. The entire transaction only took a couple of hours, and before we knew it, we were already driving home in our new car. The process was quick, hassle-free, and well-organized. This was my first time buying a car, and I truly loved the whole process! I came in feeling pretty stressed, needing a reliable car to drive to Denver after mine broke down. Jaqui was incredibly helpful. She kept searching through their inventory to find the perfect RAV4 for me. I had no idea they were in such high demand! She was honest, patient, and answered all of my questions along the way. Klinsman jumped in to help finalize everything and made the paperwork process smooth and easy. I also appreciated being able to bring the car back to get it detailed and have the little things taken care of, it really showed how much they care about their customers. A huge thank you to Devin in finance as well for guiding me through the loan process and making sure I understood everything. It was truly a team effort, and I couldn’t be happier with my 2024 RAV4 LE AWD. I’m so glad I chose Toyota of Santa Fe! Such a great experience from start to finish!

Me and my sister were looking for a new car and we wanted something hopefully in stock and luckily these guys had what we were looking for Jose was our sales representative and he was very nice and acknowledgeable on his stuff. And mind you that we aren’t local in that area we were coming for Gallup NM, we called Jose if they had any of Toyota Corollas in stock in which they did and it was brand new which is what I was looking for. Jose did a great job explaining about the payments too. It is my first time buying a car and this dealership is welcoming and friendly. Thank you so much for everything you guys have done :)

Fast service and friendly assistance here! I decided to spend more for a tire repair by getting new tires here and alignment. They recommended $25 repair but the tires were still from my original purpose. I had planned to get them when I got back to LA but these guys are great. Now for a road trip! Thanks everyone!!
