I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership about a month ago, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the overall experience. From start to finish, the level of customer service was exceptional. My salesman, Gerald, was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made the experience smooth and stress-free. Even after the purchase, Gerald has continued to provide excellent customer service. Whenever I have questions, he is quick to respond and always takes the time to make sure my concerns are addressed. It’s reassuring to know that the support doesn’t end once the sale is complete. I also want to recognize the management team, the finance department, and everyone else I interacted with. They were all friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I'm really enjoying my 2025 Chevy Colorado. It was a great car purchase experience. Angel showed me some new GMC canyons that weren't what I wanted and then called me in to see a used Chevy. He wasn't pushy, just enthusiastic. Trading in is always rough, but I got what was fair. It was a really positive experience-even after the sale. Thanks.

I brought my 2024 Sierra 2500 in for service, during this time the service was slow and questionable why they accepted my vehicle in when they couldn't have a technician working on it when it was scheduled for service. After dropping off my vehicle at 9:45AM on Thursday, 5/14, for a small electrical part to be replaced in my driver's door, I returned on Friday, 5/15, to ask Jose, my service advisor, for an update. He informed me that the technician was still working on it and needed more time, but it appeared to be a mirror causing the issue. Upon visiting, no one worked on my truck for the two hours I was there while I waited. I then informed Jose i needed the vehicle for the weekend and I would pick it up Saturday 5/16. Upon picking up my vehicle Saturday morning, I discovered Sisbarro GMC not only damaged my driver door which appeared to be likely from the lift post in the service bay, they did it to my passenger door was well. To make matters worse, nobody admit fault and brought it to my attention and wanted to remedy the damage. Instead, someone touched it up with some form of white paint and tried to hide it. Upon bringing this to their attention, I was directed to work with Michael Yoke, Customer Service Manager. Not only did Mr. Yoke immediately inform me of his 37 years in the business, but he did not apologize for the damage to my vehicle. Furthermore, he informed me Sisbarro GMC documents state they are not liable for damage or missing items to or from my vehicle (comical to say the least here). He also informed me he would not pay the repairs to be done with my preferred body shop, only that he would have it done by his team. I declined this as I know they're a business to make money and would do the repairs poorly and at the least amount of cost to them. After Mr. Yoke was unhelpful, I am still awaiting to hear if they'll still be providing a loaner vehicle I was promised by their service manager Chuck Armstrong. After my conversation, I suspect they will not be. Currently, I have made a not-at-fault claim with my insurance, and they will pursue liability against Sisbarro GMC as they have the vehicle in their possession. I also suspect I will have to rent a vehicle and sue Sisbarro GMC in small claims litigation for reimbursement, as well as seek compensation for my time, legal fees, and inconvenience. I would highly recommend that any GMC owner make the extra 30-minute trip to El Paso's GMC dealership over this business. I knew Sisbarro had a poor reputation but I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt after purchasing this vehicle recently and boy was I wrong. 37 years in the business might be the problem Mr. Yoke. Perhaps some change in management may help the business? Update: 6/2/2026 - Upon escalating the matter it went above Michael Yoke and upper management saw the reality of the matter. Not only did they pay for the repairs through my preferred bodyshop but compensated me for the two items I had the truck in their shop for originally but was not completed. I do believe there was opportunity for them to be honest and address this differently, but I also can see if the person who caused the damage didn't disclose that to anyone, its hard to remedy. In conclusion, I hope anyone reading this recognizes that there are better people to take care of you beyond Michael Yoke, who I hope soon retires for the benefit of Sisbarro GMC's customers and reputation.
