We were initially planning to buy a Toyota Rav 4 from the Viva Toyota dealership but after a terrible experience there, we decided to go to Casa Ford to take a look at their vehicles. Cable was welcoming, honest, and helpful from the very beginning. We came in around 6pm which is pretty late to start a sale but the entire team was so patient with us even after staying an hour after close. We got an amazing trade in deal for our old ford that was ready to retire and they added a couple bells and whistles for us. The over all job on the water pump was good. But the customer service needs work, getting a hold of the service writer is difficult. I don’t want to speak to a AI generated computer. While picking up my vehicle, they drove my SUV all the way out a tire that was completely flat. Causing damage to the sidewall of the tire.
