Took my 2025 CX-30 here for its first oil change. My first time at this dealer as well. Eric was my service advisor. He was extremely friendly and helpful. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I've been to dealers in other states where this wasn't the case. What I like about this dealer is they are very thorough, they did a 51 point inspection and printed out a detailed analysis. They have a nice waiting room with coffee, water, and restrooms. Great experience all the way around. Will definately be back for all my auto service needs

I was intent on just ooking at the different models but did not intend to purchase a car that day. The salesman Steven Seely understood my situation and was very patient with me. As soon as we went on the test drive I was sold on the Mazda CX50, no need for me to look any further and Steven was a great partner to work with made the process easy short and sweet.

Somehow it seemed at times that I had the entire team at Casa Mazda working with me! Christian, my sales person really knew his stuff, and, he was patient with me while taking many car rides! From the general manager to the sales team and finally of course to Mr Groom in finance, the customer service, could not be beat! It takes good leadership to create an environment where the employees enjoy what they do, and they excelled!
