My wife and I were wanting to buy a new vehicle since our oldest son just recently started driving. We have bought our 4 previous vehicles from Borman which is now Casa Autoplex. I have known Braden Tidwell for sometime as he has done business in my store. I wanted to return the favor and have him sell us our new vehicle. Unfortunately, the clients before us took more of his time than expected. Braden was kind enough to put us in good hands with Emmanuel a.k.a. Trini a.k.a. the gentle giant. Of all my experiences buying vehicles at Borman, this one was the most pleasant. Luis was our finance guy. We appreciate the service provided at your location. The team that helped us, was extremely professional and kind-hearted. We did go in a little late, not sure when your establishment closes. Braden sold us a beautiful new Honda Accord that I am already in love with! Braden went the extra mile by literally coming home with us to help us better understand the great services Honda provides. The service was exceptional--courteous, informative, and everyone was very friendly. The other staff members were also excellent--Mike, the manager, Luis, finance manager and Lisa, service advisor.
