Holiday World of Las Cruces

We purchased our second RV trailer, but upgraded to fifth wheel, GD 260RD. When we took our first look at the lot, the one we liked was pending sale. Omar (sales rep) suggested looking at their other sites and we found what we wanted. Lots of pictures exchanged between the other dealership, lots of questions answered by text, and a little bit of extra time, we now have our new RV. Big thanks to Omar, Chris, Freddie and all the folks who helped make it happen! They went out of there way to give us the best experience and it is very much appreciated.

Outstanding people and service! Albert Wagner was our salesperson. Tammy and Steve were amazing to work with and Martin was especially helpful, also.

We purchased a Grand Design Imagine trailer from Holiday World Las Cruces and would do it again. Our salesperson Jerry Roberts was low key and knowledgeable of the rv. Steve in finance was also very helpful with the process. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable with the purchase. However, I made the mistake while looking online at their webpage and clicked on the button to unlock "special pricing" . DONT DO IT. The price is the same as posted and a person will call you many times to set up an appointment. The person will make it sound like he is a salesperson and at the dealership waiting to help you. They are not. They are an internet salesperson and will tell you to go to the dealership and someone will help you. Absolutely no help but will get a cut of the sale if you purchase one. Just go to the dealership and see Jerry.

Loving the new 5W still trying to figure where things were going to live. This is the second 5W I have bought from Holiday World Las Cruces. Has to be one of the best salesman I have had. Omar was amazing answered my internet inquiry and met me at the arraigned appointment time. Omar opened the three 5W's we wanted to look at and left. Yes he left no hard sell and came back to check on us. Every employees was friendly. Both times were good experiences or we would not have been back. Thanks to Omar and everyone we worked with.

Had a great experience getting my first trailer here. Omar was my salesman, incredibly helpful and patient as my wife, 3 year old, and 3 month old explored various options. While the rv we settled on didn't have a sale price at this location, they dod honor and match sales prices the sister companies had in Texas. We were given some parts allowances to get the trailer brake on the truck as well as a started kit of essentials for the trailer. Andrew was incredibly helpful with parts and going through every detail as we did our walk through. It was a great experience and i'd highly recommend.
