I had bought a 2017 kia soul last year from Sisbarro, and loved it. Unfortunately I totaled it recently, needed a car quickly, and Sean Curtis helped me immediately and did his best to find me a nice SUV with my poor credit. Lisa and Nathan were a big help with the water pump repair. They kept the details easy to understand, communicated well, and handled everything in a professional way. I appreciated that the process felt clear without a bunch of extra back and forth. Lisa and Nathan made the service experience feel fair, smooth, and well taken care of from start to finish.

Sad to say I will never shop here again. I do not recommend. I've had my vehicle for 2 years today. I had to take my vehicle back for service on a couple of issues. Not the best service. When buying the vehicle I asked for a couple of repairs a chip in windshield and a messed up heating seat. Never got these fixed by them even though they said they would fix it. I got the run around. Had to go elsewhere and i have extended warranty. Come to find out it was tied with zip ties. Today someone contacted me to see how things were going . I replied I never got the original keyless entry code and they said I'd have to take it to Ford and get it reprogrammed. Something I would have to pay for at Ford. And they couldnt help me with that either. Go somewhere else. Get the service somewhere else. Happiness does not come from Sisbarro on Valley! Dont shop there.
