Excellent automotive sales company with very friendly service. We would definitely return for their services and they would provide assistance in any way possible.

I had a great experience getting my own car. The lady was super nice super helpful. Very trustworthy.

Thank you Mark for assisting me to take home such an awesome car that I truly love. Mark was honest with me any issues the car may have. He was fair and honest with the price of the car. He was nice and supportive. My car's name is "Spoiler" because it looks so sporty with a spoiler. It was clean and nice. I have been driving it for about a month now. I recommend him to others too.

Great car at a fair price. Very friendly and care about what they have on the lot. Highly recommend them for a lower budget car. We will be repeat customers for sure.

I purchased a 2011 Ford Escape from this dealership However, before the purchase, I brought up an issue with the door handle to Cruz and was told that I would receive a call after they returned from their trip to discuss it. During the week they were gone, the power steering also went out. I waited because I believed I would receive the promised follow-up call once they returned. Since then, I have sent four messages to Cruz regarding the situation. All four messages have been read, but I have not received a response. I understand the paperwork I signed and accept that it may limit what the dealership is responsible for. My disappointment is primarily with the lack of communication and follow-through from Cruz. Even a response explaining that they were unable or unwilling to help would have been appreciated.
