This is not your typical used car dealership. They genuinely help people who are in need of a vehicle and take the time to understand your situation. The team is family-oriented, kind, and professional, and they make you feel comfortable instead of pressured. They also speak Spanish, which is a huge plus for the community. I’m grateful for the experience and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest help.
I’ve in-house financed three vehicles from Eli which all three have worked smoothly and reliably. Even with one of the vehicles did have an issue, they’ve had it fixed thanks to their 15 day warranty. They’re flexible and understanding as long as you communicate with them. I recommend them.
Recently got a car through them, and I got nothing but positive feedback. They got me an amazing deal on a good quality used car and made the entire process from looking to finalizing the deal super smooth. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for good deals and reliable customer service.
Eli and Oscar are the best!! They helped me every step of the way. I even had a problem with my water pump and they helped me to get it fixed!! I would definitely recommend lakewood motors to anyone needing a vehicle!! I will be buying every vehicle from them from now on.
Found a car I liked on a Friday and was told by the guy who showed me the car that I could take it to my mechanic for a pre purchase inspection, so I scheduled one for Monday. Called Monday morning to confirm picking up the car to take to my mechanic at 1pm and was told "we don't do that. We don't let you take our cars to your mechanic." HUGE red flag that they don't allow this like any reputable dealer ALWAYS does. HUGE waste of my time and effort. I dodged a bullet and so should you. Zero stars Edit to add: the "3rd party inspection" offered was their mechanic only. The one they paid vs mine who would look out for my interests. Others dealers have had no problems with me going to my mechanic because there's nothing to hide. Car buying 101: if they refuse to let you take it to your mechanic to check it out, walk away immediately
