Hands down the best dealer to work with in Albuquerque. Big dealers have so many costs attached that aren’t talked about until after they’ve wasted your time. Abq Auto Brokers is a small company so the over head is minimal. Phenomenal experience and communication from both Brandon and Jason. 10/10 would recommend

The owner of this car lot is Jayson. We bought a car from him two weeks ago and within those two weeks of transmission started to go bad. We took the car to two reputable places in Albuquerque to have it assessed. The assessment review was the car is slipping from four to 5th gear and the transmission is going out. Jayson did not want to really deal with us nor did he have any answers about fixing it either because he tried to claim there’s nothing wrong with it when clearly taking it to a transmission shop stated that there is something wrong with the transmission. Jayson stated that the transmission shop was just trying to take our money and that there’s nothing wrong with the car. This car has over 130,000 miles on it. We know that cars with that much mileage can have problems but honestly trying to sell people a car with transmission problems is just like taking their $5000 and putting a match to it because that’s what he’s doing to us. He didn’t try to work anything out with us except to say hey I can’t predict what the car will do it’s like saying hey you’re gonna break your leg in the future. And we can’t predict that now can we. I just want to say that we work hard for our money to buy a car that at least it’s gonna last a few years and this one that we bought from Jayson is going to cost us a lot of money to keep it going, and it’s just terrible that he wouldn’t work with us to solve this issue. I hope next time someone tells the truth that you HEAR it.
