Very pleased with our entire transaction, from Brian, who went above and beyond allowing us to take the truck to a mechanic, and let us test drive for 2 hours, to Kelly who was very kind and helpful with our budget, and gave us a discount for very minor cosmetic issues our mechanic had found, we are very grateful, and fortunate to have found them, from a Facebook post, they had the Carfax which showed how well this truck was cared for its entire history. It's a beautiful, and excellent running truck, with a newer paint job, lower miles, and also had a professional inspection done on it prior to them putting it for sale. They really covered every base, and we will definitely be using them in the future. They have tons of cars, direct trade ins from the dealership, that are in excellent condition, they finance in house which is rare, for a place that takes such good care about a vehicle, before it's sold. We were lucky to have purchased from them, and just from a few hours of knowing and conversating with them, could tell they are great people, who truly care about what they do. We went to look at a 2012 GMC Acadia we saw online May 9th and fell in love with it so we decided to purchase it. The team was awesome and made the buying experience easy plus they provided a full Carfax report and an inspection report to put us at ease that we weren't buying a lemon!!

These guys were awesome. I had 2 negotiable concerns about the vehicle I wanted. They said they would fix those issues for me, and they did. My car was well priced for the other issues it has, and I have been happy with it. They even lended me a car without charge while my vehicle was worked on.

Edit: don’t pay attention to the five star reviews. They bribe people with discounts. In June of 2022, I needed a 4x4 to move out to a rural part of the state for work. I traded in my Kia at Carmax and shopped around. The used car inventory was low, post-pandemic, so I headed down to High Quality. The purchase process involved three (3) hard credit pulls instead of one. My credit dropped by 110 points the day I bought that car. Before it was sitting at a 750. So I walked out with a car I had bought at 3x market value and a 640 credit score. It took me a while to recover it. Not to mention the vehicle had a blown head gasket, and also ended up needing new: battery, alternator, AC Compressor(!), spark plugs, fuel injectors, brakes and rotors, catalytic converter, and all 4 oxygen sensors. Not to mention the coolant, brake fluid, trans fluid (too late to drain it now), and power steering fluid hadn’t been drained in a very long time. To add the cherry on top. The vehicle was not detailed well at the shop and there was dog hair everywhere beneath the rear passenger. I wouldn’t include this, but my wife is allergic. So I will never go here again. It was a horrible experience and I felt screwed at the end of it. It’s reasonable to have a few issues after buying a used car with 150k miles, that’s alright. But an entire engine rebuild, every thing attached to the serpentine belt as well as fluids? That’s too much. Way too much to assume the dealership didn’t know it had issues and chose to sell it at $12,000 anyway because, “it’s a 4Runner and you can’t find them right now.” I love the car though.
