I had a wonderful experience buying an SUV from Jonathan and the girl in the office was super kind and answered any questions I had. Even when we learned the next day that one of the headlights wasn’t working, they happily covered the mechanic bill to fix it. Great people and great service!!

We will not send anyone to this Company at all. Our daughter purchased a vehicle from them and our daughter didn’t even have it a week and it started leaking oil. The oil pan was dry and thought they had burned up the motor. Called them because it was still under warranty within 15 days. They came to pick it up took to Albuquerque and said they had repaired, brought it back to our daughter and still leaking oil they won’t do anything because it wasn’t under warranty. Took it to a local mechanical and found the problem $900.00 later. If that’s the way their mechanical cleans his como se llama it isn’t very good. 😩😢☹️

Bought a 2012 ford f250 from them. Paid cash for the truck. Not even a few days later the upper oil pan was leaking and I had to call and complain about that. They took my truck back and repaired it as it was only a few days. When I got it back I noticed the coolant was low and had a coolant smell. I called them as I originally bought the truck to be on the road doing hotshot work. I had a feeling because I was out on the road and couldn’t bring it right back that I would be screwed which is exactly what happened. Took the truck when I got back home to mechanic in town who started head gaskets were blown and would cost 10k to repair. When I called Alonso he told me I was on my own warranty was up. I would suggest never buying any vehicle from this company. They wanted a good review the minute I bought the truck and I did but they are sharks and please be aware buying from them.
