Sunnyside Acura

We started taking our cars (an Acura and a Honda) here after they quoted a better price to us for a few repairs than a different place we used from 2024-2025. We've had a few repairs, oil changes, and maintenance done on each car here and I'm really happy with them. The pricing is great for repairs and while we do pay a bit more for oil changes, I get the car back incredibly clean and a great overview of how the cars are doing. We even got to see a little video of a problem with a seal we had fixed to show us what was wrong. The thorough checks helped us catch stuff before it became an issue and makes me feel safer going on frequent long trips. The staff in the repair department is incredible. They're friendly, kind, helpful, and always a pleasure to see when I go in. I cannot rave about them enough. I've always been uncomfortable dealing with car repairs and absolutely do not feel that way here. They're patient about explaining what needs to be done and why to me. I've never felt pressured to go with a recommendation or like I was being upsold. While we haven't bought a car here, we did look at them before we started going for repairs. The kindness and professional nature of the salesman who helped us is what led us to call and get a repair quote here in the first place and when we eventually replace our Honda, we'll look here first. Also, as a side note, the waiting room is clean and comfortable with a nice selection of snacks and drinks!

Unbelievable experience with everyone during my car purchase. The first new car in 20 years. The salesman, Alex, was very honest & knowledgeable. Not pushy and accommodating. Anne, GM, made me a deal I couldn't resist and helped out with snow tire package!! Kim got me in & out through finance dept super quickly!
