My wife and I bought a 2012 grand cherokee overland a few weeks ago. Dan was very polite and caring. Took it to get it inspected and it failed. I called Dan and he told us to bring it back and he'd make it right. Needed a transmission gasket and gas tank straps. He kept me in the loop the whole time he had the jeep, he even gave us a Acadia to drive while the jeep got the repairs. I highly recommend Star Auto Sales every time. Buying from Dan was a great experience. Absolutely love the jeep, and yes after repairs were made the jeep passed inspection.

We purchase a used vehicle from Dan last summer. He is likely the most honest salesman out there. I had test drove probably 10 vehicles from facebook marketplace before finding Dan. The car drove really but it was low on gas during my test drive and it failed before I could make it back to the shop. Dan was quick to rescue me during this time. We really liked the car but we were nervous that it broke down for a reason besides running out of gas and needing a new filter. Dan assured us that of we took possession of the vehicle and something else was the cause of the breakdown then he would pay for it. We took him for his word and brought the car home. Shortly after the check engine light came on and the car seemed to stutter when it would get under a half tank of gas. We reached back out to Dan and he always responded quickly and helped us trouble shoot the issue. We half expected him to ignore us since we only had a handshake agreement really but he never did! We ended up taking the car to his repair-shop and it needed a new fuel pump. We got it replaced and Dan kept to his word and paid for it directly! He also paid for $120 uber to get me home because I lived about an hour from the shop. We’ve had the car for almost a year now and no additional problems have appeared. He also had his vehicles very fairly priced. Dan is a good, honest man and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from him again. Thank you, Dan!!!

Bought a Jeep from Dan in 2020 and I have to say that he got the best model for our family! He is extremely kind and cares about your family’s needs. Helps you find the best option for your budget. Definitely will come back to Star Auto whenever we want to upgrade to a newer version. His love for Jeeps is definitely contagious!
