This is the 5th car I have purchased from Peter's. I must say the process was smooth. The car is wonderful . Joe Orlando was super to work with. He already knew I wanted a car, so he helped me decide on the right one with no pressure. Warren Johnson was a real joy to deal with. He made us feel at ease with his charm and good humor.

My car buying process hit a snag when my car I was trading in had to go to the auto body shop. My sales person, Mike G. Was great! I kept him updated on the progress and the potential finish date of the vehicle being worked on. It took three weeks but in the meantime, Mike made sure that the vehicle and the color I picked was going to be available. Mike took the time to show me a lot of the features of the HRV Sport. Especially the safety features. I have bought my share of cars in my lifetime and I have never had a salesperson spend the time on making me feel comfortable with the vehicle I was purchasing. Kudos to Mike! Financing was also very helpful, it seems everyone wanted me to be comfortable with every aspect of the process.
