Best Ford

I am grateful that I discovered this service department. Hands-down, they are by far the best service department I’ve ever dealt with. The man that runs the show Jaret is Top notch with customer service, personalized service and goes above and beyond your needs. The rest of his staff follows the same example he sets.

Colin and Tom are the absolute best sales people I have ever worked with. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. They helped to make us a deal we never thought was possible. Their jokes made the transaction even more personable.

Only experience at this Ford Dealership. Bought Dec 31, 2025. Van lasted 272 miles before engine blew up. NH wholesale to the public is bad deal. Best Ford convinced me it was a good truck/buy. Not recommended. I never even got to put a tank of gas in it. The van has been junked and I'm out several thousand dollars, with no van. Never again.

This place is a complete joke! I could sit here typing for hours about how bad their service is here. Dropped a truck off 9 months ago for a drivability concern, explained what the issue was and requested the technician road test and verify my concern. They did not do so, then took 3 months to complete a reprogram that takes less than an hour to complete, 2 months later after fighting with them about how they didnt do what they were asked, I picked the truck up and it was completely undriveable. Been 9 months of battling with this dump, the owner calls my manager at the dealership I worked at and asked him if he could talk to me about setting up a meeting with him. First of all, thats INSANE to me! Don't EVER call my employer because you cant handle the issue within your own dealership! Don't EVER put my job on the line because your employees failed to do the job you pay them to do! Not only that but since I know fully well the owner responds to all Google reviews, YOU HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER! You have the ability to contact me yourself and havent even so much as made an attempt. Best Ford is by far the worst dealership experience I have ever dealt with and I promise to make it my mission for the rest of my life to regularly post content as often as possible and ensure tens of thousands of people hear my story and shy away! I've already succeeded in changing at least 30-40 peoples minds about buying a car from them or bringing their vehicle there for service. I can spend my entire life making sure you continue to lose buisness... Or you could pick the phone up and call and resolve this concern finally!! DO NOT EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO BEST FORD, EVER!!!

Revised Review on May 26, 2026: AVOID THIS SERVICE CENTER. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Best Ford in Nashua has been incredibly frustrating and concerning. Been servicing my Ford for years at this service center, everything from oil changes to routine service items. In April, I brought my 2022 Explorer in for a $2,000 out of pocket repair (sun shade). Upon receiving the vehicle back 5 days later, the repair was not only failing, the techs working on the car broke numerous other parts on my vehicle including, but not limited to: 1/ Interior pillar trim left loose/rattling 2/ Damage to the seatbelt trim causing the seatbelt to fray 3/ Third-row power functionality no longer working 4/ Cargo lighting failure 5/ and general sloppy behavior with leaving behind screws, a headlamp and even a tool in the vehicle upon returning to me. After escalating the issue, the dealership took the vehicle back again for 10 calendar days. During that process, I was informed additional damage had occurred to the headliner during repair. I was told the vehicle was otherwise "safe to drive" and picked it up - only to discover water leaking into the third-row area immediately after going through a car wash. The vehicle has now returned to the dealership yet again for another issue that did not exist prior to service. I'm now in contact with Ford Corporate to escalate the matter. I understand that repairs can sometimes be difficult, but accountability, communication, and quality workmanship matter - especially when customers are paying significant out-of-pocket costs and trusting a dealership with their vehicle.
