Shopping at Lincoln is like no other car shopping experience you have had. For starters, it was quick and to the point, I appreciate my time and so did they. Everyone was professional, educated on product and precise. They found me exactly what I wanted. The Navigator itself speaks for itself - and amazing vehicle! The sales representative I worked with was top notch - Nate. I highly recommend going directly to him. I remembered him from three years ago when I was just "shopping" and not close to buying yet. Went back to him when I was ready because he was clear and direct but also respectful and helpful, a really good guy I was happy to buy from. Made the experience easy! Since then he has been so responsive and Lincolns service has been top notch. When you buy Lincoln, you buy nice!! Can't recommend enough.

Cannot recommend this dealership enough. From the moment I stepped on the lot , I felt welcomed by all of the staff. The salesmen were extremely knowledgeable. I did not have to wait for hours to see the cars I was interested in and I did not feel pressured to buy anything. I worked with Chris and Nate. No questions were left unanswered, These guys knew the ins and outs of every vehicle I asked to see. I got a beautiful 2026 Lincoln Nautilis and I love everything about it! They have competitive finance options, best I have come across. I also bought a three-year service plan because I know my vehicle will always be in good hands here.

This review is specifically for my recent sales experience as I have not used service yet. I recently purchased a new 2026 Nautilus. My salesman was Nate who has been with the dealership for many years and was very knowledgeable about the product and patient with me. Overall, the purchase experience was very low pressure and after sale follow-up was very good, which I did not get much of from my last Lincoln dealership that I purchased from. Lyndsay in finance was very responsive to my email questions and assisting with refunds from my prior purchase’s plans. The only advise I would ask at this time would be to offer a day or two during the week where service and parts would be open later than 5pm. Will definitely consider doing business here again whenever I’m in the market for another Lincoln.

From my first contact with Nathan and his teammates, I’ve been treated with candor and professionalism. I bought the car sight unseen, though I sent a friend to test drive for me. They treated her so well, she may buy a Lincoln, next! The paperwork was orderly and fast. Shipping from NH to AL was only 36-hours! The vehicle is just as described and I’m pleased with my purchase.
