Carvana Manchester

You guys just sold my mother a Mitsubishi outlander that was absolutely disgusting and coded and cigarette tar. Didn't even bother to clean it inside. But the worst part is that you sold her something that's unsafe to drive. The front tires are completely dry rotted and I pointed this out to her and had her reach out to you and you told her to bring it in just to tell her that they're good for another 3000 to 5000 mi. This is a dangerous thing to be telling your customers You cannot put a estimate on dry rotted tires and you need to either fix this, or I'm going to at your cost. Her name is Jeanne with the Red Outlander, I'm sure you can look her up and I'll tell her to expect a call from you guys otherwise there's going to be issues

My son told me he had sold my car to Carvana. And they were going to come and get my car. He said everything was arranged. That was yesterday. Today they acted like nothing was arranged. And told me if they had to pick up my car, there would be a fee. I think this is a sham outfit. I won't do business with them. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, the shame is on ME!

Carvana is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. I submitted every single document they asked for, waited patiently, and out of nowhere they sent me a generic email saying the transaction is terminated with no explanation. No reason, no clarification, nothing. You can’t even reply because their mailbox is unmonitored. Complete waste of time. If this is how they operate, I’ll never use Carvana again.

Well I looked on the map to try and find carvana in Manchester and where it said it was supposed to be on the map.Looked like someone's front yard of their house.Their map stinks cause it doesn't show you where carvana is.

They say they make things hassle free, but it couldn't be further from the truth.
