He was completely transparent about the vehicle, printed out the CARFAX for me, put the car on the lift so I could check for rust myself, and even ran the OBD-II scan in front of me to show there were no codes. It’s rare to find someone in car sales who makes you feel this comfortable and informed. He also does inspection stickers and even let me know that, as a Maine resident, the New Hampshire inspection would be honored in my state—which was great news. On top of that, he provided 20-day plates and handed me the clean title, so I was able to drive the car off the lot with peace of mind. Just a really good guy and a great business. I bought a 2013 Subaru from here while I was out car searching and was not disappointed with the service. Peter was professional and transparent from the beginning. We maintained contact with Peter for roughly 2 weeks and Peter was communicative and helpful. We diagnosed one problem with the car before the purchase and Peter took it to get it fixed himself. At the end of the deal, Peter was even kind enough to lower the price down for us. Respect and transparency is hard to find, especially in the automotive industry, but these guys deliver! My first upgrade to a SUV. I bought a Dodge Journey from this place 3 months ago, I took it to my trusted mechanic and got quoted $3,000 worth of work that needs to be done after being told the car was fine when I purchased it. Nothing was covered under the warranty. I was hoping for honesty considering I live an hour and a half away.
