JJ'S Auto Sales & Repair

I had a great experience buying a used car from JJ’s! The car is in impeccable shape and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend if you are looking for a used car. They also provide repair services and probably the best pricing for repairs in Manchester area!

I recently bought my Honda van from here used and I have to give them 5 stars. Used car shopping can be difficult and worriesome, but I found the owner Ed so easy to deal with and a sincere guy. He went above to get my van ready for pickup. Transaction was easy and no problem so far. Any negative reviews on here was from the time it was run by the previous owner. Ed and company are turning it around in a positive way!

We've all been to the pushy used car dealerships this is not one of them. The owner Edward was very straightforward and you can tell he cares about the cars that he's putting on the road. I left there feeling happy about the car that I got knowing that my family has a reliable vehicle.

Purchased a traverse from Raffy. Upon getting the vehicle home, there were immediate issues with the transmission. Raffy had the vehicle returned to him and went above and beyond to get the car fixed and running appropriately. I would absolutely recommend working with Raffy.

Bought my son's first car there as a result of an ad on Market Place. This car has been a nightmare since. Fuel injectors and fuel pump went bad soon after. Then the engine totally died. Tap water was found in the coolant. The repairs were double what the purchase amount was. I reached out to the Market Place ad poster, Elias Saad, who saw the message and never bother to contact me. Then I reached out to the salesperson Raphael, he said he'd get back to me. The only thing I got back from him was giving me grief about not bringing the car to them. We never got to talk about why I didn't bring it to them (how far away I live had something to do with it) because he ghosted me. I left 1 star because that's the least you can give. I can't in good conscience recommend this place. They sold a junk car, got their money and the customer is screwed. Great business model you got there. Can't believe the amount of money we've spent between purchase and repair of this lemon of a car, I could have gotten a decent car for my son.
