He was personable, professional, and it was obvious he genuinely cared about helping his customers. Whenever he received an update, he would call or text me right away to keep me informed, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. That level of communication and customer service goes a long way. As a whole, the dealership was professional, transparent, and easy to work with. They didn't play manipulative games, pressure me into buying products I didn't want, or mislead me with numbers. That meant a lot to me, especially since I had to negotiate everything over the phone because I live out of state. Shane was honest, responsive, and straightforward from the very beginning. I had such a great experience getting my new JGC Summit from Trey at Bonneville! From start to finish it was a smooth, stress free purchase. I went to Bonneville in July of last year I dealt with Mike Raymond, who ended up screwing me over in my jeep. Put a horrible taste in my mouth considering he had been there for years.( He is no longer there ) Which is why I felt I shouldn’t condemn a whole business because of one person, And I’m glad I didn’t. Fast- forward to April this year I decided to go back in to try to get out of the Jeep. He got me in without going into details. It was a mess… I was set up with Sawyer. I decided to give it a second chance, and I was very pleased with my experience at this time around. Sawyer was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I told him exactly what I wanted and he met my expectations and above.. He didn’t only do his job. He looked for the best deal with everything that I was looking for from comfort to accessories. He was very polite, very professional. I’ve actually mentioned him to a few of my friends that may be looking for cars soon. I would 100% go back and deal with Sawyer. I’d also like to add that, even though he didn’t have to, he reached out to me with every little detail if something changed or if he couldn’t do something to let me know ahead of time, But as I said, he went above and beyond, so that wasn’t an issue. He even went as far as contacting me a few weeks later to make sure everything was good with my new vehicle. He ended up getting me into a brand new 2026 Jeep Wrangler, And I love it.
