I purchased a new 2026 Jeep Cherokee from Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno just the other day. It was honestly the BEST dealership experience I have ever experienced! I have purchased many vehicles in the past as well as help family and friends go through the purchasing process at different dealerships across Reno. This is now my dealership of choice! Joel Chavez made me feel more like a part of his family than just a guy off the street looking to buy a vehicle. I had such a great experience there, that I almost spent my whole day making conversation and looking at upgrades for my new SUV. I was provided lunch while I waited, which was actually purchased for their team, yet Joel took me to their conference room and hooked it up. Tony, which I regret forgetting his last name, also made every accommodation possible to not only take care of my monthly payments but lumped in all of the necessary warranties to put my mind at ease. I have never been a Jeep guy, and was concerned about reliability with purchasing such a new Hybrid SUV. So many unknowns can make one turn away from the risk of purchase. I did as much research as I could, but yet there was not much on the internet to go off of. Only the past history of other models, which tells me two things. Jeep might have actually done something right with this model, or problems just may not be widespread enough to worry much. Well, with the bumper to bumper premium warranty that covers all 5,000 parts on the vehicle and the lifetime oil changes, my mind was put at ease. This team made me feel like I could actually trust them. I do not TRUST easily! What I will say is this, I will be sending everyone I know there moving forward. Very positive experience trading in our vehicle for another used vehicle. Kenny in sales was knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. We have a small child and everyone was accommodating and very friendly. Manager Tony took the time to get to know us. We did not feel pressured and we felt comfortable asking questions.
