I am not a “car person”. The whole idea of shopping for a car makes me anxious. However, I found everyone I worked with at Dolan Toyota to be helpful and sincere in trying to find me a car that fit my needs and worked within my budget. Although all the staff at Dolan did a great job, I would like to commend my salesperson Dwight as going above and beyond. He listened carefully to what I wanted, and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. He never put pressure on me to buy until I was ready and had the patience of a saint when I dithered between options. If you, too are not a “car person”, and want to be treated kindly, with respect and patience, you should go to Dolan.

The entire staff at Dolan are amazing. Every single person I encountered made the difference. Morgayne who set up my appointment got me in ASAP. My sales person Morgan was so patient and dealt with all of my nerves. She spent a lot of time answering questions and working in my requests. Sales manager Jarek put me at ease and made sure I walked away with what I wanted. Dani in finance offered snacks while the deal was written smoothly. Finance manager Doug made sure everything got signed, sealed and finalized with my bank. Everyone chipped in to make it a seamless experience. Buying a vehicle here is a no brainer. The crew will be attentive to your every need. They will get you into the right vehicle. They will follow up with you after the sale. They will follow through on their promises. You will never regret buying a Toyota. Not to mention, the Dolan name means a lot here locally. They dress their rigs up in quality accessories and they represent Reno-Tahoe with distinct rides. My experiences at other dealerships have always fallen short. Usually, once you sign the dotted line, you are just a number. Not here. This is my second purchase here and I won't go anywhere else.
