I recently bought a 2026 Kia Sorento Hybrid. Jordan was my sales person and was happy with his honesty and integrity during this process. I am very happy with my new vehicle, but there was a small incident at the end of the purchase. As they were cleaning my vehicle, paint came off the bumber. Now, it wasn't huge and could have been easily missed by me. However, Jordan stepped up and took responsibility for it and started working towards getting it fixed. I dropped my vehicle off Wednesday morning (June 10th), Kassey in service took my vehicle, even though I had a seperate service appointment for other things, she fit me right in without question or hesitate. She also took my information and took steps to also follow up on the paint repair. Jordan text me later that afternoon, advised me my vehicle was being moved to the body shop and they had a service loaner for me to use. Amazing!! Made my concerns of getting to and from work a past thought. Granted, the Kia K5 EX is prettu nifty car with all the interior safety and comfort; it isn't my type of car lol. Liz, customer service manger, ended up reaching out also during this process and also followed up not just with me but also the body shop. In the end it took about 3 days to fix the paint and get it back to me. I was concered that my son, who was on vacation with his mom, wasn't going to get to see it when I picked him up from the airport. He wanted to be surprised. Because of the team at Towbin Kia Henderson, i get to surprise my kiddo. Thank you guys. You have earned a loyal customer. Jordan, I will send any potential purchasers your way. I picked up a new Kia 2026 EV9 range. Hallie helped me over the phone to crunch the numbers and give me an idea of what I'm looking at and then I told her the car that I wanted. Then Sidney helped me in person and broke down the EV9 features, test drove, and everything. I didn't feel like I was pushed into anything. They let me make my own decision about what I wanted and worked with me as best as possible. I highly recommend them and I will be coming back for another car soon.
