Henderson Chevrolet

Just recently bought our new Chevy Traverse from the Henderson Chevrolet dealership. It's always a pleasure going to this location :) Very friendly, professional, and the process easy. We even have had experiences with their service department and parts department. All around always have had a great experience here. The new Traverse has made the whole family very happy. Beautiful vehicle inside and out. The drive is also incredibly nice!

Brad was awesome to work with. He reached out to me right away about a Corvette I was interested in and did a great job throughout the entire process. He was patient with all my questions, easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable instead of pressured. The Vegas heat was brutal while I was there, but Brad never let it affect his attitude. He worked hard, stayed upbeat, and made buying a car a much better experience than I expected. I'd definitely recommend giving Brad a call if you're looking for a Chevy.

I decided to stop by Chevrolet, because it was time to trade in my lease, (KIA Sportage) from a different dealership. I was greeted kindly by Micheal. He offered me different options as far as vehicles. He never once made me feel like I was not going to walk out of here with a new vehicles. He was very patient, going back and forth getting me vehicles to test drive. He was very wise and knowledgeable explaining each vehicles, the safety features, which was one of my main concerns as well as the finance part of the deal. He made me feel like I can drive out of there with any vehicles of my choice. I had my 11 year old boy with me and he even took the time to answer all the questions he had in mind. It was a great experience. I ended up with a Chevy Colorado 2026, it has many safe features even as a basic model. I love the space, the comfort the constant reminders on the screen as far as check the back seat before you exit the vehicle, if the break is on or off, if there's a vehicles on my sides before I turn, the lil star in the mirrors flashes, and the custom ice box in the back. I just love my new vehicles and having someone who understood what I was looking for in a vehicles, just made everything more easier. At the end of the transaction, everything was digitally signed and they provide you with a USB that you can carry with you or put in a secure place and you don't have to worry about all the paperwork. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Chevrolet. I have no regrets and will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

My friend recently purchased a Corvette from Henderson Chevrolet, and overall it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the buying process smooth. They answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome throughout the process. there were a few minor delays, but nothing that took away from the overall experience. I gave Henderson Chevrolet multiple opportunities to earn my business, but each visit created new problems. I brought my Silverado in for routine maintenance and got it back with a loud blower motor noise and a completely black infotainment screen that was functioning before service. While attempting to diagnose or reset the screen issue, additional problems were created with my power running boards. After several hours at the dealership, I was told nothing could be done about the screen because of a historical code stored in the vehicle’s memory. The running board issue was eventually corrected, and the blower motor noise was addressed, but only after multiple trips and hours of my time. After speaking with management, I brought the truck back again. The next morning I received a call saying they could not find a problem, yet the infotainment screen was suddenly working again despite previously being told there was nothing they could do. Because management was responsive and the truck was ultimately returned to working order, I decided to continue giving them my business and later brought in my Corvette for a routine oil change. Unfortunately, that visit was even more disappointing. My Corvette has only 5,000 miles and is in mint condition. The oil fill cap was left off and placed on the fender, and the rear hatch was closed on it, damaging and distorting the trunk lid. I appreciate management stepping in and making an effort to help, but the repeated quality control issues, unnecessary return visits, and damage to a customer’s vehicle during a routine oil change are unacceptable. Based on my experience, I have lost confidence in the service department.
