Towbin FIAT

Vanessa is so helpful and knows her stuff! She's super sweet. Definitely going to her when it comes time!

While I was on a short vacation in Las Vegas I discovered I had some urgent repairs needed on my Fiat Abarth. Ernie, my service advisor showed me the video of the repairs I was in need of. The front disc brakes were almost metal to metal and both front axles had issues that could have rendered me broken down on the side of the road at any time. I saw the old parts and they were spot on with their recommendations. Ernie said if you give me the go ahead, I can get parts in tomorrow morning and we can have you on the road by tomorrow afternoon. Between Ernie, the technician, Vinny the service manager and Shawn the parts manager, I was indeed on the road the following afternoon heading South to the Baja. The plan came together just as they said it would. Rare these days. A hot desert roadside emergency was avoided. I would give these guys a rating of 5+ if there was such a thing. if you’re in Vegas and need some car repair help I would highly recommend them. Oh, I almost forgot…. they arranged for a ride back to the hotel and picked me up the next day.

I have been leasing cars from Vanessa at Towbin for 14 years. Her service and knowledge is next level! I highly recommend seeing Vanessa if you are interested in a car from them.

Highly recommend anyone considering getting a Fiat serviced to take it for a second opinion, as the dealership is not honest and pushes expensive, unnecessary, and misleading service recommendations. Vinny and his team looked at my Fiat in 2023 for two small straightforward issues. When I received the estimate from him, the two issues were itemized, as well as a dozen additional issues his team had apparently found, totaling thousands of dollars. I took the car for a second and third opinion, and both trusted mechanics agreed that the dealership was pushing unnecessary and misleading services and repairs. I was told directly by Vinny that parts of my car were damaged and unusable. The other mechanics deemed them to be in fine working condition. None of the issues Vinny and his team said were “immediately necessary” ever became an issue for my vehicle, not after years nor after tens of thousands of additional miles. I would not trust this dealership, their inspections, or recommendations for your vehicle, and I would not do business with them in the future.

IF THIS PLACE COULD GET 0 STARS I WOULD GIVE THAT!! IF YOU HAVE A FIAT BE AWARE FOR SERVICES THEY WILL PRICE GAUGE. SERVICE AGENTS ERNIE AND CHEYENNE ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED, AND UNEQUIPPED TO DO THEIR JOBS. DEALT WITH BOTH OF THEM FOR OVER A YEAR AND MY CAR IS STILL NOT 100% FIXED AND NEITHER OF THEM CAN EVER FIND THE EXACT ISSUE, OR PASS THE BUCK OFF WHEN ASKED ABOUT PAST WORK. NOW TODAY ERNIE WAS RUDE TO THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER HAVING TO PICK UP MY CAR BECAUSE ERINE AND CHEYENNE CANNOT FULLY FIX IT AFTER OVER A YEAR OF PLAYING GAMES WITH THEM AND GIVING THEM HARD EARNED MONEY WHILE SICK AND DISABLED! DO BETTER!!!
