Maya and Chris were both fantastic to work with, and the entire Chapman team made this a great experience. Everyone was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. They took the time to answer all of our questions, paid close attention to detail, and worked with us through several moving pieces to make sure everything came together smoothly. We also really appreciated the Certified Pre-Owned coverage and the peace of mind that came with it. It was clear the team wanted us to understand our options and feel comfortable with our decision. First time on this dealership arriving 15 minutes before opening. I was immediately met by dealership manager Jaron Davis who efforted my entire purchase of a 2026 Ram 2500 himself. Trade in... vehicle selection requiring visiting other affiliate dealerships for inventory... finance paperwork etc... This was a manager with other duties and I had his full attention. A Ram truck is the same no matter the dealership but this reps knowlege, ability to communicate effectively, genuine interest in customer concerns and personality will be difficult to surpass. Fred, a salesman at Chapman Auto is the best as was all the staff. He took the time to listen to what we wanted, then found the perfect Jeep for us. The process of purchasing our new Jeep was quick and easy ( no pressure sale).

Amazing experience start to finish. Pulled up and was greeted by Andrew who immediately treated me like a friend and not just a potential sale. I was interested in a truck that had not yet hit the lot and instead of trying to sell me or have me look at something similar in the available inventory, he immediately responded with “let me see if I can get the keys and we’ll go find it.” The truck was at another location but without hesitation he grabbed a vehicle off the lot and we traveled to view it. I was able to view the truck and drive it on property without it having entered recon or inspection… something most dealers would not allow, and instead try to push you to something aging in their inventory they’d rather move. We returned to the store and we immediately agreed on a price point without the typical back and forth of “I have to go ask my boss”. Andrew streamlined the process for me, answered my questions and concerns and made the deal complete as quickly as possible. Chris in finance was top notch. When I had a question he didn’t have the answers to he immediately made a phone call, put me on speaker phone and allowed me to obtain the answer. Even though the answer countered what he originally believed he remained honest and never tried to push additional products on me, only educated me on my options and gave his honest opinions. Because of this we reached an agreement on what best fit my needs. With the new truck not available to take the same day as purchase, the used car manager pulled it from the other store and brought it to the auto mall location to ensure it was given highest priority. While I left in my old truck, I was still confident in my purchase and look forward to picking up the new truck when it clears the inspection process. Extremely low pressure sales and finance staff, excellent communication and honesty. Not once was I pushed to a different vehicle than the truck I originally came to view. Top notch service start to finish. Don’t even consider the “chopped” prices and shady deals at the competition next door… Chapman will treat you with respect and like family.
