My wife and I came in to look at a Kia Sportage that we had our eyes on, and we're usually pretty weary of salesmen and feeling pushed to make a decision, but Irvin made us feel so comfortable and right at home. He was incredibly helpful and kind, and let us test drive the Sportage while also being very mindful of our needs - we have a 1 year old and needed to upgrade space, and one of the first questions he asked was if we brought the car seat because we'd be welcome to see how it fit in the car and how much space we'd have. Irvin wasn't pushy for our business and made it clear that they were there to help us find what we needed, and his genuine nature is what made us want to work with him on buying a car. Luckily, the Sportage we were looking at was exactly what we wanted, and we came back in the very next day to buy it from him. We would highly recommend Irvin and the team here at Mercedes-Benz Henderson to anybody looking to buy, sell, or trade a vehicle. In a world full of sharks looking to make a sale, these guys make you feel at home and welcome from the very beginning. Amazing dealership and service. Bought a used Tesla from Gurvinder and he went up and beyond to assist with the sale as I was coming in from Reno and buying sight unseen. Very trustworthy, no slimy used car sales guy feels from him and excellent customer service. He even had some curb rash fixed on the wheels without me asking for it. I would buy new or used from MB of Henderson again.

We are a full service auto body shop here in vegas for nearly 20 years, and every now and then we have a benz that requires dealer level safety systems calibrations and post repair inspections (we really care about our repairs being PERFECT). I am extremely picky about who I work with. Blake Alvarez in service is hands down the best service adviser ive worked with. And ive worked with hundreds of service advisers from every dealership in town. And Blake is THE MAN. The technicians are thorough, efficient, and always come thru for us. Highly recommend this service center, actually- Henderson Mercedes Service department is the only dealership service department we recommend here in Vegas. If youre looking for service, ask for Blake, though they are all great- Blake Alvarez is number 1. You wont regret it. - Vigen

I just want to take a moment to truly thank the entire staff here at Mercedes Benz. It’s been nothing but warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Everyone is so welcoming and attentive, and that kind of energy doesn’t go unnoticed. It really made the whole experience that much more special. A very special thank you to ROD in sales, the one who made it all happen! He’s truly AMAZING. His patience, honesty, and dedication meant everything to me throughout this process. He took his time, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way. That level of service is rare, and I’m so grateful for it. TLDR; Atrocious communication from Chad and his colleagues - and even that is stretch because that would require any form of communication at all, to which I’ve received none unless I initiated contact. My experience with the service department at Mercedes of Henderson has been nothing short of terrible. We bought a used 2023 Midwest Patriot RV on a Mercedes sprinter chassis from National Indoor RV Centers and, much to our dismay, it had decided to flash us that pretty little check engine light. It has roughly 7k miles and is in pretty pristine condition so I didn’t think it could be anything terribly serious, but it’s a new vehicle to me so I wanted the issue fixed and resolved. I initially took it back to NIRVC because the issue was theirs to resolve, at which point they told me the codes it was giving them had to be dealt with at a Mercedes dealership. The vehicle was then delivered to the Mercedes dealership to undergo a diagnostics evaluation. Initially there was no communication from Mercedes, but I figured maybe they were in contact with NIRVC as they handled the delivery of the vehicle. Days had passed and I had no update, so I decided to reach out to NIRVC to see if they had an update for me at which point they directed me to contact our appointed service technician at Mercedes of Henderson. I was able to reach Chad the first time I called, but, unfortunately, that was the last time. I got an update roughly 13 days ago from Chad that they were doing a more thorough diagnostic on the vehicle and that I “should have an update by this Friday, if not, at the latest by Monday” that was a week ago. I have since called back to Mercedes at least a dozen times, spoken to five separate people, all of which tell me they will either have Chad call me back (he never does) or that they will call me back (they never do). I have been trying for upwards of 10 days to get a hold of Chad who is allegedly the only person capable of telling me exactly what is going on with whatever the complexities of this diagnosis are, and I STILL haven’t the slightest clue what is going on with my vehicle. All I have been doing is trying to get a simple update to which no one seems to have an answer and Chad seems to be completely ignoring me altogether. I don’t care that a repair may be taking longer than anticipated, what I do care about is the fact that I am completely out of the loop with absolutely no effort on the service team to update me as to what is going on with my vehicle. Chad genuinely seems like he’s intentionally ignoring me because I’ve been told on numerous separate occasions that he would call with an update - a message relayed by everyone but Chad himself. If you guys can’t even do your customers the common courtesy of updating them, I don’t understand how you plan to create meaningful relationships with clients
