Had an easy time replacing my old VW with a brand new 2026 VW Tiguan SE. The process was painless and Karl was very helpful getting us into our new car. He explained all the features of the new car in an easy to understand way.
Karl Roberts did a great job. Kept his word when he said he would send me more information. Followed up as the process progressed. Maid it a great experience.
I can genuinely say I enjoyed this car buying process with Findlay Volkswagon. The entire process was smooth, respectful, helpful, and a joy to work with such GREAT HUMANS. Not only did I leave with a beautiful 2026 white Tiguan, but I met two people who have impacted my life for the better. I also learned about the Findlay family more and how generous they were to their employees during the Covid shut down. I I am very happy, giving them my money and my beloved trade in knowing they lead with heart & soul and sales are just a bonus! Looking forward to creating many memories in my cute car!! Thank you very much to Karl and Zach in the entire Findlay Volkswagen team!
I recently bought a car from Findlay Volkswagen in Henderson, and it was the best car-buying experience possible. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely respected, valued, and never once pressured. The entire team was so patient, kind, and professional. I’ll admit I was pretty emotional about parting with my trade-in, but they went completely above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience and felt comfortable through the transition. A massive thank you to Mike, the General Sales Manager, for leading such an incredible team and welcoming us from the start, my sales associate, Zack, made the process smooth and easy, and Rachel was wonderfully patient in walking me through all the ins and outs of the financing. If you want a stress-free experience with people who actually care, go see the team at Findlay VW!
I purchased a 2026 Jetta on Saturday, and I truly felt valued and appreciated as a customer throughout the entire experience. A special thank you to Horatio, Rachel, Jodie, and the entire Findlay Volkswagen team for making the process so easy. Horatio was especially helpful, kind, and professional, and his outstanding customer service made a lasting impression. Thank you, Horatio, and thank you to the entire Findlay Volkswagen team for providing such an exceptional car-buying experience!
