Findlay Mazda

I had an exceptional experience at Mazda from start to finish. Khaz was incredible — he truly understood what I was looking for and matched me with the perfect car. The entire process felt seamless, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable. The finance manager Ellen was equally amazing — warm, professional, and incredibly efficient. Everything was explained clearly and handled with ease, making the process smooth and much quicker than expected! I couldn’t be happier with my experience, my stunning car and am so excited to now be part of the Mazda family. Highly recommend!

I had such an amazing experience at this Mazda dealership! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, respected, and completely taken care of. Mark was absolutely incredible to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured, and I truly appreciated how honest and transparent he was throughout everything. Buying a car can be overwhelming, but Mark made sure I felt confident every step of the way. He really went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible and left happy. I’m so in love with my new car, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a smooth, positive, and stress-free car buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Mark. He truly exceeded my expectations!

I am from SoCal and made a day trip out to Findlay Mazda in Henderson. This is all because of Garth, terrific sales associate. I already knew what I wanted and what I was looking for. Although it was a long trip, it was worth it. Garth helped explain everything to me over the phone, sent me a video of the car, and even helped me understand the process with registration, since I was buying out of state. So I was prepared to show up and drive away with that car, and that’s exactly what I did. Yvonne was helpful with the financial portion as well. I called and spoke to Megan and Luke in administration because I was trying to register my car before I went out of the country but that was a little harder to do with my work schedule. Altogwther, I had a great experience.

Absolutely amazing all around! The sales team were great! Had a few issues to address when we purchased and Grace the service advisor is incredible! She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with everything. I would absolutely recommend Findlay Mazda for all your vehicle needs!!!

Shoutout to Nick and Jeryn they had the car I was interested in ready to test drive and helped make the paperwork and process easy and quick. This will be the third Mazda from this location. Highly recommend.
