Lexus of Henderson

Came in today to have our first service on our Lexus. We have owned Lexus in the past, but it has been a while since we last owned one. I was just reminded of why purchasing a Lexus is such a great experience. Obviously these are great quality vehicles but the level of service you get is hands down better than anything else. Its all in the little things. The way youre treated and the level of service one is given. For example, Maurice in service , my advisor was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk to me about the details of my service and went above and beyond what my expectations were. Also while waiting for my vehicle I was greeted by Landon, who sold us our vehicle 8 months earlier. Even though that was 8 months ago, as soon as he saw me sitting there, he smiled and came over for a greeting and hand shake. He then asked how I was enjoying our vehicle. I am reminded of the level of service one receives from Lexus and these guys have it.

Sales guy, Cesar Hernandez, was great! He found the exact car I was looking for, even though I didn't know I was looking for it. Everyone is super friendly and work hard to get your business. Can't recommend them enough!! Cesar even went the extra mile to ensure I got my Handicap plates for the car from the DMV.

Fantastic experience buying a new car from Denise for my wife! My wife is ecstatic with the car! A special thank you to Denise, who was excellent to work with, professional, on top of things, great communication and stress-free! Finance also did a great job getting me the same rate they told me I would be able to get and going over my options thoroughly. Thanks again to everything involved from start to finish, explaining how to use the car features and letting us take pictures with the bow!

I had an outstanding experience at Lexus of Henderson. From start to finish, the entire team made my car purchase smooth and enjoyable. Denise and Sirui were wonderful to work with—professional, friendly, and committed to making sure I found the right vehicle for a good price. I happened to buy a car on my birthday, and they went so far as to put a bow on it when it was brought out to me. The finance experience was excellent as well, clear and efficient with no pressure. Anthony, the Delivery Specialist, was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through every feature of my new car and made sure I left feeling confident and comfortable. I also had a great experience with the Service Department. Jesse and Alex were both helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of properly. Overall, Lexus of Henderson delivers exceptional service across the board. Highly recommended!
