We had another amazing experience with Patrick! He has helped not only my mom get the exact car she wanted, but he also helped my cousin find the right vehicle as well. Patrick is incredibly helpful, patient, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to answer all of our questions and ensuring everyone felt comfortable with their decisions. My experience with Findlay Toyota was fantastic. From start to finish, all the people helping me were friendly and knowledgeable. They knew I was coming from out of state and called in advance to tell me what items I needed to bring. I reserved my GHH back in April and the staff did great at giving me updates throughout the process. Highly recommend.

We came from St George, UT to purchase a vehicle using the Costco car purchasing program. We were very pleased. Wang was our salesperson, very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and just a nice guy. Buying a new car is one of my least favorite activities, however, Wang made us more comfortable. Definitely would recommend Findlay Toyota!

During my time at the Findlay Toyota Henderson, I had a pleasant time during the process of trading in my faithful college vehicle. Jose was very knowledgeable and had the utmost professionalism while helping me pick a car. He gave me a lot of information, incite and options when it came to picking my next car. He guided me to which vehicle would be in my range and did his very best to get me the best deal for me and my family. Ralph in finance went above and beyond to ensure that the deal that I signed was manageable and financially sound. I went here on 6/8 because my 2024 Camry had lights that came on the dash board, T. Wal helped me and she stated they couldn’t find a reason why but they replaced my spark plugs & coils now on 6/29 my dash board lights came on for the same reasons went ahead texted twice the number I had no response day after I get a response but at this time I have to work and don’t have time to go back and forth. I called on 7/7 to get it fixed the person who checked me said they had no notes on what happened 6/8 so I showed messages and photos. Once they took my car back and I was assigned again to T. Wal I only had her 7/7 because she was leaving to vacay after that day but I felt like I kept repeating myself telling them to check the coils since they looked like they were covered in oil. She left and I got Jason which I don’t blame him he was covering for T but he didn’t know what needed to be done to my car again there was no notes in the system so I was repeating myself. I don’t understand why communication is hard here? As a client I was stressed and overwhelmed being with no car and having to work on top of making sure my car was getting fixed. Jason wasn’t my main person he was covering but even when I tried to call or text him off the number he gave me their was no response so at this point I had to call the main service number. After all this my car was fixed couldn’t find a reason why it had lights but changed my spark plugs again and cleaned the engine but left my car on E when they gave it back to me. I asked for a managers number, Courtney called me once Friday 7/10 couldn’t talk I was at work but called her when I got a chance no answer but never recited a call back. Customer service and communication needs improvement.
