I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle! Sal did an amazing job answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. We drove from Grand Island, and from the moment I first inquired about a new vehicle, the entire process was easy and rewarding. I never felt pressured, and I really appreciated being able to have my mom and brother there with me to give their opinions. Sal was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. It honestly felt like I was buying a vehicle from a friend or neighbor! I’ve purchased vehicles from other dealerships before, and I can confidently say this was by far the BEST car-buying experience I have ever had. The level of customer service, friendliness, and attention we received truly set this experience apart from anywhere else I’ve purchased a vehicle. We just bought a car this weekend with Royce and it was such a fun and easy process! He was so positive and thoughtful the whole day and didn’t make us feel pressured to buy at all. They had the car all ready for us after we got done at the business office and made it such a smooth transition. Royce really does care about his customers and that made us feel even better about buying a car from Husker Auto Group!

I had the best experience purchasing a car today! First I was greeted by Royce bright and early at 8:30 am and he assisted me with test driving multiple cars to find the best fit for me. I went in with how much I wanted to spend in total for down payment, car payment, and purchase price. While I may have gone out of my original budget, I was still given the best deal in my opinion! I left today with a 2025! And traded in a 2015! I felt comfortable, I laughed, and the finance guy worked magic to get me in this car! I’m very thankful for the experience today. I will definitely be returning in the future, but hopefully not too soon 😉 thank you to everyone at Husker Auto who helped me leave with a brand new car!!!😊

In the last three months, I purchased a vehicle through Husker Auto Group, and the experience was outstanding. Braden, our sales representative, was polite, professional, and took great care of us from start to finish. Based on that experience, I had no hesitation returning when we were looking for another vehicle. Unfortunately, today's visit was the complete opposite. Before driving to the dealership, I called and spoke with Gabe in Finance. He checked with a sales manager, called me back, and confirmed that the specific vehicle we wanted to test drive was available. After driving to the dealership and taking a vehicle for a test drive, we discovered it was not the one we had called about. It was a similar vehicle, but not the one we specifically requested. When I asked our salesperson, Salvadore, he acknowledged that the vehicle we had called about had actually been sold earlier that morning. Whether this was a breakdown in communication or something else, it resulted in us wasting two hours of our time to test drive a vehicle we never asked to see. I expected much better based on my previous experience with Husker Auto Group, and this visit was extremely disappointing.
