Amazing used Tesla dealership. I cannot stress how valuable it is to work with someone who knows electric vehicles and specifically Tesla vehicles when purchasing one. I worked with Dakota who is honest, attentive and very knowledgeable about Tesla vehicles. I live in Denver, drove there during the day and arrived after business hours which he accommodated. After the purchase, he even checked in to make sure I made it back. Worth the 24 hour round trip and I highly recommend this dealer. Background: Prior to this purchase, I had purchased 3 new from Tesla and one used from a high end car dealership. Between all of my cars, I've accumulated almost 400k miles so I'm quite familiar with the vehicles. My previous buying experience with a used Tesla was a nightmare. Most dealerships have no idea how to buy, sell, manage, intake, or transfer these cars. One car had a previous users personal info still in it! I purchased my first Tesla here back in April 2023, and I've held off a couple of months to drive it before doing my review. My experience with my pre-owned Tesla Model 3 Long Range bought from Charged Automotive has been excellent and the car has either met or exceeded my expectations in all areas. They had it priced to the market, negotiations were simple, straightforward and logical and the deal took just a couple of minutes to strike after a thorough test drive. I had the benefit of being within a couple hundred miles of Lincoln, so I did my deal in person. I'd think that ordering online that what you see is what you will get. Had it been shipped to me I would've been very happy with what arrived. When the time comes to replace this vehicle, I will most definitely look at their inventory before assuming factory direct is the way to go.

Dakota was awesome. Made the whole online buying experience both pleasurable and easy. He took care of everything, and my model S showed up in North Carolina within a week. At first I was nervous because I never made such a large purchase without walking into a physical store; but Dakota knew exactly what he was doing. Was very prompt in responses to any messages I sent him. He even messaged me when he was taking a small vacation with his wife - the guy is dedicated. I highly recommend charged automotive for anyone looking to get into a used EV.
