I have purchased vehicles from the Young Motor Group before and have had great experiences. This review is for a new salesman they have named Talon Jackman. I can say he will be excellent at sales. 1st he is a great people person. 2nd he is very honest. He will say if he feels you are a good fit for a car you are interested in or not. And find the right fit for you. 3rd. He is extremely intelligent. I can guarantee in no time at all he will know each vehicle being sold there and all about each vehicle down to every minute detail. 4th. I have worked with him before and he is one people look up to almost immediately this will be a benefit for the dealership and those interested in purchasing a vehicle. Talon is honest, hardworking and dedicated to those he works for. He is one that anyone looking to purchase a vehicle will want as his salesperson. I would 100% recommend Talon as the person to go to for your next vehicle purchase.

I recently brought my vehicle to the service department at Young Mazda to have a check engine light diagnosed. The mechanics seemed to do solid work, and the diagnostic video they provided appeared thorough and professionally done. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was disappointing. I paid a substantial fee for the diagnostic, yet I felt like I was inconveniencing the customer service representative simply by asking her to go over the results with me or see if the mechanic could explain them further. I left feeling talked down to, as though the representative was frustrated that I was asking for assistance and trying to better understand the problem with my vehicle. I could go into more detail about the interaction, but I believe the point is clear. Good service work should be matched with respectful customer service.
