Bought a 2014 jeep wrangler unlimited Sahara the other day from these guys. Experience was smooth, they were very respectful, and straight forward. Didn’t feel like I was being swindled into anything! No sketchy car dealership vibes! My jeep did great, the next day after buying I did almost 400 miles on and off road, it did everything it was supposed to do with no problems whatsoever, I am very satisfied! Great guys/girls that work over there! Great dealership! Go to these guys if you want trustworthy people and a good vehicle!
Fantastic and friendly experience here every time I've brought my truck in for service. They explain the service, outline options and have helped with warranty work (extended warranty) multiple times making it seamless for me.
Love the people very nice. They also are very fast on getting me back on the road..Thank you guys again so much I will definitely tell people and I will be going back..
I brought my car in for some routine maintenance and had a pretty lackluster experience. Getting an appointment was easy enough, but when I actually showed up, it felt like my time wasn't valued at all. I was left waiting for quite a while past my scheduled time, and the communication about what was actually going on with my vehicle was really poor. I had to keep asking for updates, and nobody seemed to have a clear answer. It is frustrating to pay dealership prices for service when the customer care just isn't there to match it.
They deserve zero stars. I want to make certain that you think before you buy any vehicle from this mismanaged mess of a dealer. 5 days after I bought a car from them the brakes exploded. They were totally rusted out and a critical part actually fell off. You can't make this stuff up. It was dangling under the car. The explosion sounded like a rifle shot. I suddenly had no control. I lurched toward the oncoming traffic. I thought I was going to die after God forbid, harming another person in a crash I couldn’t avoid. The pictures: Do these show Nissan’s lack of safety protocol? Lack of competence? You decide. Clearly they don't care for their customer's safety once they have your money. The rusty mess shows the brakes as they delivered it to me. Later I personally did the brakes on my Miata. That’s the clean and rust free brake assembly. The contrast is startling. In 30 years as a master aircraft and auto mechanic I’ve never seen anything as bad as that rusty brake assembly. It concerns me that the general manager said the rusty condition didn't matter. I have a photo and his email to back this up. It gets worse. What if this had happened by a school? Imagine what a 3500 pound, out of control car would do as it plowed through countless innocent children. Now imagine loving parents watching in horror as their kids were slaughtered. They responded to my Google review by hiring a lawyer. I’m reporting him to the Montana Bar. I now have legal representation. Nissan claimed the rusty brakes were closely inspected by their mechanics and 100% approved. I can’t think of any reasonable person making that call. I will pray for all those who have bought any car from this dealer. Those circular discs in the pictures are the size of medium pizzas. Anyone can see this dangerous, critical problem. It's not something hidden from view. It's impossible to miss. They tried to convince me to sell it back for $5K less than I paid for it (that’s charging me $1000 per day as it was only drivable for 5 days). Add $9k legal expenses. They have no grasp of customer service. Also, do you think it reasonable to have me attacked by a lawyer when they made all these dangerous errors? I think they call that blaming the victim.
