Where to begin?! This dealership is a FAMILY first in the best way. We met them a little less than a week ago when looking for a car. We'd been on the hunt for 5 months and truly stumbled upon Lyman (after hours, mind you) when we saw our dream car in the lot. We called Mark and left a voicemail. He got back to us promptly with details on the car, and offered a time to meet. My husband and I have funky schedules, but we were SO interested in the car. Mark worked with us and put the car on a hold to accommodate our schedule so we could both be there to see it. When we arrived at the dealership, everyone immediately made us feel at home. We got a tour of the building, were offered snacks, looked at the car - and Mark even got ice packs for my back (33 weeks pregnant, so that was a SERIOUS blessing!) It was the perfect mix of hospitality and business. We felt so comfortable asking questions, joking around, and getting down to business when we needed to. The process was phenomenally clear and efficient with Mark and Jen. They were so understanding of our situation as we navigated the various aspects of car buying, trading in, etc. We learned a ton through the transparency of the process, and they even gave insight on listing our car for sale privately if we chose to go that route. We drove the car yesterday and bought it today - we couldn't be happier! We may not be in the market for a car right now since we LOVE our purchase, but my husband and I have both said we're not interested in working with any other dealership in the future. Lyman Motors is IT ❤️

Easy, fast and they care. Lyman Motors is great for customer service. If they don’t have exactly what you want they will work with you to find what fits for you. There is no pressure on forcing what they have in stock on you. Mark worked with me over several weeks to find the right fit. He also took care of small issues after purchase. Also super family friendly, my toddle terrorized the sales floor for a couple days and everyone there was very nice about it. Found my car, love it, and will return for another in the near future.

My son and I had a great experience working with Mark and his daughter Jenni last month. We got a fair price on a great used car, and we're both very happy. They were positive, honest and low pressure; we would definitely go back again. Big thumbs up, and I'm pretty picky :)
