When we decided it was time for a new car, I was honestly dreading the usual back-and-forth negotiations and dealership stress. Then I found True Price, and the entire experience was FANTASTIC! Hiring them was the best decision! Everyone was professional, honest, and genuinely focused on helping us. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about this team. From our initial consult with Billy, to outlining exactly what we wanted with Shekinah, to Dave narrowing everything down and securing an excellent deal on our Lexus — it was seamless. I literally just had to show up and sign papers. Dave helped negotiate the price and gave me info needed for what to consider on the extended warranty, dealership add ons, etc. This wasn’t transaction to them. I never once felt alone in the process. Dave checked in regularly and always answered when I called with questions. I honestly can’t say enough about this team. Thank you!

Trying to buy a car on my own was overwhelming. The most difficult aspect as a young woman was dealing with the dealerships.
