My Grandson Dalton James came back into My Life Last Year. I was thrilled and beyond. He was my 1st Born Grandson. I co-signed in order for Him to assist his dreams... The Service Department was phenomenal and sent reminders for his service date & time. This was phenomenal. 6 Months Ago I Lost My Grandson in this Very Vehicle..It blew up & and I didn't get DNA confirmation for a month..He called it the" little truck that could". I was happy watching him play and it reminded me of when he was a little young man of 11 years old.. Financial Department was phenomenal with the services provided to my situation. I wish to say Thank You for making this Purchase for Him an amazing experience. I am appreciative of all that was done to process the paperwork easily done with without any problems. In the middle of a trip from Nebraska to Washington state my highlander needed an oil change I was pleasantly surprised to find lithia toyota in Missoula they were super friendly and got my car serviced in a couple hours, has nice waiting area and customer coffee bar and lounge,the parking around the service area was a little hectic but other than that I was very happy with the service, atmosphere,and price.Thanks lithia toyota for making a maintenance stop a pleasant experience

Had a fantastic experience. First time buying from a dealership so was super nervous and I am not a fan of pushy sales people which car salespeople have been known to be at times. The person that aided me in buying my car was casual but knowledgeable, very straight forward, listened to my needs and desires for a vehicle and helped me to buy a better vehicle than I even thought I was going to be able to!! They also didn't try to sneak any add-ons or bundles on there. Super reasonable financing options, got me a great deal for my car loan; this experience literally went about as positive and smooth as it possibly could have. Did I mention this was after we got 18" of snow over 1-2 days? And this still went GREAT! Highly recommend!!

Great service team. Topped of our coolant and wiper fluid. When we bought the truck in Texas, they didn’t give us a wiper cap let alone fluid so our Missoula team certainly surpassed our expectations! We will continue working with them :)

Convenient appointment but too many customers resulted in a 2 hour wait. Other times, it has been faster - maybe an hour or less. Costs are rather high. Lifetime free oil changes keep me coming back.
