Went in on a Sunday, had a few options to choose from and cars were in stock. Test drive was great, salesman Wade was patient with us as we went through the buying process. Whole experience was about 3 hours and we left with the car my wife loved. She mentioned today how much she loves the new Camry SE AWD Nightshade

I had a service concern with my lifetime oil change. Josh handled my concern and provided me with an overall good experience. At first, I was ready to take my business elsewhere. But I will stick with Lithia Toyota because of my recent experience. I hope to buy a 4 runner in the next few years and will get it through them. I appreciate feeling heard and thank you.

I had such a positive experience at Lithia Toyota of Missoula recently. The team there is incredibly professional and really takes the time to listen to what you need, whether you're in for a routine service or looking at new vehicles. The facility itself is clean, organized, and very welcoming, making the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. I appreciated how transparent they were throughout the visit, and it’s clear they take pride in providing great customer service. It’s a reliable dealership that I’d feel comfortable recommending to anyone in the area.

I did not have a great experience with Lithia or my salesman Kendall. About Kendall the salesman: I am from bozeman and started working with him over the phone on a jeep I found at lithia. We went over the entire vehicle and I asked him if there was any rust or things I would want to know about it before driving 3 hours to get it. He said no and that it was in good condition. I agreed on a price over the phone and made the drive out there only to find corrosion on all of the door hinges including the hood. Cut wire under the jeep. non working drop steps. Impact damage to the front bumper. But it supposedly passed the certified pre owned inspection for them. I had technical questions for the salesman and he didnt have answers and didn't make the effort to ask or look it up. Ultimately we passed on the vehicle and he didn't offer to show us anything else. While still there we looked thru their inventory on our own and found another jeep and asked him to show it to us. We ended up looking it over completely and buying it as it was in much better shape than the first jeep. About the dealership: both vehicles we test drove were dirty on the inside and not detailed like previous owner grimy not jusy some dust. They said they would clean it up after I bought it. They didn't. I had to take it home and detail the vehicle myself rather than enjoy a clean vehicle. They were not open as to what work had been done on the jeeps by the dealership. Both navigation screens were at lowest brightness to hide the screen burn in. It felt like the entire time I had to double check everything and look for issues not disclosed. I wish the salesman was more upfront from the start and I wished he would have made an effort to save the sale after the first jeep didn't work out. The good: got a good rate on finance and felt like the finance guy was honest and not too pushy.

If I could give a half a star, I would. They sold me a car knowing it had issues, promised to fix them, and NEVER followed through. Trusting me took the guys word for it and didn't get it in writing, thinking that they would make good on their word and follow through. I took it to a shop after owning it for two weeks because the dealership wouldn't get back to me to schedule it in their shop, and its about $5,000 worth of repairs that need done. I will NEVER use or recommend this dealership to anyone ever again.
